The flagship site, which is owned by Holmfirth Dyers, is being transformed into a high-quality business park, featuring 18 brand-new industrial units with office and storage space.
Park Valley Mills had previously been derelict for many years, with buildings falling into disrepair.
Now the revamped site off Meltham Road in Lockwood is creating new jobs and regenerating the area.
Two significant new lettings mean that phase two is now fully occupied.
King Scientific, an independent family-owned laboratory supply company, has taken 3,000 sq ft of prime industrial and warehouse space in Unit 8 of Phase 2.
Meanwhile Computerway Business Solutions has taken 2,000 sq ft of office and warehouse space in Unit 9 of Phase 2.
Altogether 75 new jobs have been created on site.
