The upgrade is part of a wider £6m modernisation project at the park, which is home to a range of office and industrial accommodation, and employs over 1100 people.
So far, work by Sanderson Weatherall has covered over 4,500 sq m of space and included the fit out of large open plan office spaces and tenants’ fit-out works, as well as the upgrade of communal areas, reception areas, lifts and staff facilities.
Sanderson Weatherall partner Chris Eglin said: “We have a long standing relationship with London and Continental Railways and were very pleased to be involved in such an important and high profile project. This modernisation of the RTC Business Park is elevating the quality of office accommodation available helping to attract new businesses to the park, whilst giving those that already operate there the opportunity to expand and grow.”
