The firm are responsible for all design, planning, contract administration and quantity surveying services on the site, owned by London and Continental Railways.
The upgrade is part of a wider £6m modernisation project at the park, which is home to a range of office and industrial accommodation, and employs over 1100 people.
So far, work by Sanderson Weatherall has covered over 4,500 sq m of space and included the fit out of large open plan office spaces and tenants’ fit-out works, as well as the upgrade of communal areas, reception areas, lifts and staff facilities.
