Servo Manpower, a division of multi service provider Servo Group, will merge with Momento to create Servo-Momentum, which will provide staff for construction, rail, civils and shopfitting projects.
The partnership, which aims to expand the firms’ national growth, was agreed upon after the businesses successfully worked together as resourcing contractors on some large projects.
Managing director of Servo, Jodie Crosthwaite, said: “Having worked with Momentum for some time, we know their strengths complement ours, so this partnership will propel us both forwards to expand even further and create jobs.
“With Servo Momentum, we can offer a one stop shop for blue and white collar labour, and all trades, anywhere in the UK”
Servo Manpower already boasts big-name clients such as Balfour Beatty, Wates, Eddisons and Sirius, and the firms currently have a combined turnover of £6m, with the expectation of almost doubling this figure next year.
Billy Bingham, commercial director at Momentum says: “We have seen terrific growth surpassing everyone’s expectations so given Servo Manpower’s position in the market coupled with ours it really was only a matter of time before we joined forces to create Servo-Momentum.”
