Harris CM begin £3.6m Leeds work

Yorkshire-based construction company Harris CM has began work on a £3.6m contract which will see a mixed use scheme created on at the former Reg Vardy Renault dealership on Regent Street, just outside Leeds city centre.

As part of the contract, on behalf of Gregory Property Group, Harris CM is constructing a 18,500 sq ft building for Pure Gym as well as two retail units that will cover 16,500 sq ft and 7,500 sq ft which will be occupied by Aldi and Poundworld respectively. 

This latest contract win comes on the back of a string of major successes for Harris CM, which has delivered consecutive year on year profitable growth since its formation seven years ago and is set to post turnover in excess of £50 million in 2016.
