The firm supplies the broadcaster with their Applicant Tracking Software, which helps boost recruitment processes.
Since 2013, TribePad’s software has delivered a highly rated candidate experience, reduced recruitment costs and time taken to hire, as well as increased skill matching across multiple vacancies.
TribePad has recently released a new solution known as ‘anonymised applications’.
This feature helps the BBC to remove unconscious bias from the entire application process, enabling recruiters to hire candidates based on their skills and expertise instead of their culture, background or race.
The BBC has also recently adopted TribePad’s new Video Interviewing platform, which has enabled the BBC to recruit with ease and at low cost internationally.
Ruth Batley, resourcing business partner for the BBC said: “Working with TribePad has made a positive impact on our business.
“We have a great relationship with both Chris, our Account Manager and the team at TribePad. We find it great how TribePad are open to development ideas and offer plenty of training.”
Chris Bussell, account manager for the BBC added: “We’re excited to be continuing a successful partnership with the BBC and it’s great to see how the relationship continues to strengthen as we help the BBC to manage their recruitment processes through our software.”
