The ethical beauty retailer is transforming the Leeds outlet into a new concept store, featuring a VIP treatment and mini event space, a bespoke Body Butter Bar, enhanced make-up area and a community wall designed to be a hub where customers can promote local volunteering projects and charity fundraisers.
The store will also work closely with local community groups and artists to communicate key global campaigns and enrich local networks.
The new store is set to open on November 5.
Linda Campbell, retail director of The Body Shop, said: “We are thrilled to be re-investing in Leeds as a location and at such an exciting time for the city’s retail landscape.
“The Briggate store is one of our busiest sites in the UK and our existing customers are incredibly loyal and engaged with the brand that we look forward to delighting them with our fantastic new look.”
