Andrew will look at how we perceive and interact with the ever-changing physical and digital world, focusing on digital and intuitive technology, augmented reality and detailing the innovations we need to look out for.
Andrew Revel, from Retail Institutes, part of Enterprise Services at Leeds Beckett University, said: "Whatever industry we operate in, we all recognise the importance of understanding our customers, because in knowing what makes them tick we can interpret what they expect from us? Interestingly, when we take the time to dig deeper and understand this it’s not always what we think!
