Servo Group, which has offices in Leeds and London, is relocating to new headquarters on Geldard Road to facilitate its fast growth and accommodate its permanent head office staff.
Most of the jobs created will be in rail and security, as the company has recently been awarded two national framework agreements in its rail division.
Servo offers a large range of security, manpower resourcing and facilities management services from on-site security guards and CCTV monitoring to rail workers and temporary staffing.
Servo boasts an impressive client list, which includes Stobart, Hochtief, Eddisons, Wakefield Council and Persimmon Homes and it has worked on high-profile contracts such as Central Square in Leeds, the Tate Modern in London and all the waterway treatments across the UK.
The company has enjoyed phenomenal success since it launched in 2013, attracting a £300,000 funding boost last year, which helped to propel its turnover from £1m at the end of its first year of trading to a predicted £8m by 2017.
Jodie Crosthwaite, managing director of Servo, said: "The whole team at Servo is excited about our new premises – the offices are very close to the motorway link which is ideal for us as we service clients around the whole of the UK. Our growth has been so fast-paced that we have grown out of our previous offices so it's a welcome move!"
Servo is also investing in technology – installing a new check in system for its workers as well as a new company website and introducing more head office staff members.
The firm is planning on adding to its extensive list of accreditations - RISQS, Chas, IOSH, ASET, Construction Line, ACS Rail and SFS – to continue boosting its national client base and adding value to its service.
Jodie Crosthwaite says: "We've got huge plans for the next couple of years – our growth has far outstripped our expectations so far, which is largely down to our great team. Attention to detail when submitting PQQ’s and our attitude towards amazing customer service has seen more and more companies turn to Servo Group. Ultimately though, our superb worker retention is key to continued excellent working relationships with our clients and we're sure this will continue with the next wave of workers that we take on."
