The Post Office has renewed its lease at St Johns Shopping Centre where it has been open for more than a quarter of a century.
The 4,437 sq ft Post Office is very popular with shoppers, St Johns centre manager Susan Mendoza said: “On behalf of our customers we are thrilled that the Post Office sees itself very much at home here, now and for the future.”
As well as selling stamps and handling parcels, the St Johns Post Office offers a range of services including Drop & Go, passport application checks, document certification, driving licence renewal, vehicle tax, current account banking and foreign currency.
The Post Office first opened its doors at St Johns Shopping Centre in 1986 and has been perennially popular with generations of shoppers visiting the Leeds centre which attracts over 7.5 million customers each year.
