A Yorkshire e-liquid supplier has announced the launch of its products into the FMCG arena through a deal with supermarket chain, Asda.
Doozy Vape Co, based in Dewsbury, offers e-liquids and tobacco substitutes for e-cigarettes in a range of flavours which can now be found in 46 Asda stores, with a national roll-out following in the coming months.
The contract sees Asda stocking the award-winning Doozy fruit, cool and desserts ranges along with Doozy’s dedicated tobacco e-liquid line known as Baccy Roots, all of which are supplied in various nicotine strengths.
Doozy Vape Co, founded in 2015 by Imran Ismail, has seen turnover increase year on year, with a 200% growth forecast for the year ahead.
Imran Ismail, CEO of Doozy Vape Co says: “It’s a proud moment in our journey, to introduce our product range to a national supermarket chain. Our products have a loyal following, and this partnership with Asda provides the perfect platform to showcase our products and reach out to many more vapers across the country.”
Buying manager at Asda, Leigh Vance, said: “We’re really excited to significantly extend our e-liquid range at Asda and as one of the leading UK brands, Doozy Vape plays a big part in this growth. E-liquid is a fast-growing market and Asda want to ensure that customers can purchase these products.”
The Doozy product line is split across four collections with a total of 30 flavours. Doozy has an international presence operating in the UK, EU, North America and the Far-east. Doozy is now increasing its presence in the FMCG space and keen to open new partnerships with other retailers.
The announcement comes following Doozy Vape Co launching a new product range called Doozy Sweet Treats which harks back to the nostalgia of sweets from the 80s.
