Mr Webb will join Bradford College from Barnsley College, rated Outstanding, where he is currently CEO and Principal.

Thomas Coombs to mark New Year with promotion of trust specialist
Leading accountancy firm, Thomas Coombs, has announced its intention to promote Luke Pickering to the position of Trust Manager.
Luke currently acts as Trust Supervisor for the practice located in Leeds, but having shown significant dedication to his role advising client on trust arrangements he will be promote on 1 January 2019.
Luke joined Thomas Coombs in July 2016 as a Trust Senior, having begun his career in accountancy shortly after leaving college at the age of 18.
Lambert make two senior appointments to support £50m ‘2025 Vision’
A Yorkshire manufacturer of intelligent factory automation systems has launched its new Vision strategy, which will help it double turnover to £50m by 2025.
Lambert, which employs 170 people at its world class facility in Tadcaster, is looking to tap into the opportunities presented by industrial digitisation, as it looks to grow its market share across medical and consumer healthcare.
Two new additions to the LCF family
Well-respected solicitor, Ann Hallmark, has joined LCF Law’s team of legal family experts working across the firm’s four offices in Yorkshire. With more than 30 years’ experience in the legal industry, Ann has been qualified as a family solicitor for 21 years, and will be based in the firm’s Ilkley office.
Ann advises on every aspect of family law from divorce, to pre and postnuptial agreements, co-habitee agreements, financial disputes and private law children matters. With a first degree in psychology, Ann is a member of the Law Society Family Law Advanced Panel.
CBRE Leeds appoints director and surveyor to strengthen team
CBRE Leeds has boosted its building consultancy team with the appointment of Gary Allen as director and Dean McNulty as surveyor. These appointments are part of CBRE’s continuing growth of the building surveying and project management service lines and follow a series of new hires in Manchester, Birmingham and Scotland, bringing the building consultancy team in the regional offices to 90.
Forbes expands clinical negligence team into Yorkshire
Leading legal firm Forbes Solicitors is expanding its specialist clinical negligence services into Yorkshire with the arrival of Partner Leonie Millard at the practice’s Leeds office.
Leonie moves from Lancashire, where she has been part of the well-established North West team, dealing with cases such as misdiagnosis, delay in diagnosis and substandard treatment.
Taylor&Emmet invests in new business talent

Nicola Keith and Tom Haywood have joined the firm’s commercial property and corporate law teams respectively.
